Why You’ll Love This Role:

As a crucial member of our multidisciplinary care team in the Ipswich office, you will play an instrumental role in delivering holistic and integrated mental health care. Your work will help prevent hospitalizations and ensure clients receive top-tier community support. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with GPs to offer exceptional primary health care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, comprehensive assessments
  • Deliver personalized treatment and intensive case management
  • Engage in proactive outreach to address clients' emerging mental health needs
  • Utilize your advanced clinical expertise for comprehensive mental health assessments and decisions
  • Provide primary health care services
What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Mental Health Registered Nurse with AHPRA Registration
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check
  • Current C Class Driver’s License
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
