In this role you will be responsible for performing high-quality service repairs in their workshop.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Carry out customer service repairs in the workshop
- Complete appliance conversions as necessary
- Pre-commissioning of new or special products
- Provide quotations, conduct refurbishment/repair of returned product
- Provide quotations for the purpose of insurance claims
- Complete all paperwork and resolve customer complaints
- Stock control and answer overflow telephone calls
- Maintain up to date and accurate technical knowledge through all service documentation
- Relevant state based electrical and gas certification and qualifications
- Electrical trades experience
- Sound knowledge of domestic appliance parts and service industry advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Be able to repeatedly lift weights 5-10kg and push pull weights 100kg
