The task of reviewing and shortlisting resumes can, at times, be onerous.  At DFP we are able to review all resumes and create a candidate shortlist for you.

We commence by working with you to determine a clear idea of the minimum selection criteria for each role. Our team then conducts a preliminary resume review and will de-select those candidates who do not reach your minimum requirements.  All candidates who attain the required levels proceed through to the next stage agreed upon by you.
