Job description

Our client, is a dedicated government agency committed to supporting the growth and sustainability of Australia’s agriculture, fisheries, and forestry sectors. The client partners with industry stakeholders and other government agencies to enhance productivity, profitability, and resilience in these sectors.   

We are seeking a Mobility Program Manager for a period of six months to manage and support a working group in designing and trialling an agreed mobility program for Biosecurity Officers.  The position can be located in an capital city.

Responsibilities include:
  • Project management with adherence to governance conditions.
  • Preparing a range of written materials, including data reports, briefs, and documentation.
  • Developing recommendations and liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing priorities to ensure delivery standards are met.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Experience in program/project development and implementation.
  • Expertise in implementing change and managing ambiguity in the workplace.
  • Providing secretariat support.
Skills and Capabilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interpret and articulate information for a broad range of audiences.
  • A collaborative stakeholder engagement approach to develop and maintain productive working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
